Our HISTORY

Lone Star Interpreters was founded in the summer of 2007 by a group of professional interpreters following years of services working as professional linguists. As interpreters ourselves, we took first hand account of several typical industry practices which we identified as a hindrance to greater accessibility of language services to those needing it the most. This drove us to launch Lone Star Interpreters in June 2007 with the determination to focus on Quality, Accessibility and Affordability of our services. Having had the opportunity to work as linguist ourselves, then as administrators of a language service company, we have set very high standards of operation and developed unique company core values which are largely contributing to the striving success of the company since its inception.

Lone Star Interpreters is quality driven and does not believe in cutting corners. Our constant drive for Excellence has lead our management team to develop an error proof Quality Management System to better service our customers. Lone Star Interpreters Quality Management System has been tested and validated for its effectiveness by achieving of the highly acclaimed international standard of operation: ISO Certification

ACCESSIBILITY

As former Linguists ourselves, Lone Star Interpreters management team has an extensive understanding of just how critical it is for Limited English Proficient (LEP) individuals to have access to professional language services. For this reason, Lone Star Interpreters guarantees access to its services 24 hours a day seven days a week, on- site, over the phone, and via video.
